We ship throughout the United States from Phoenix, Arizona.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• You'll receive tracking info via email when your order ships.

Shipping Rates

• Free shipping on orders over $100+.
• Shipping fees range from $8-$16 per order.

Delivery Time

• Most packages arrive within 2–5 business days.
• We ship via USPS and UPS Monday-Wednesday because it is a wax and we don’t want your product stuck in a warehouse over the weekend.

Delays or Delivery Issues

• We are not responsible for delays due to carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses.
• Please double-check your shipping info before placing your order.
• If address is incorrect, send us an email immediately to update with correct address. If item has already shipped, we can’t guarantee correction but we will do our best!
