These blemishes are purely aesthetic and do not affect the performance or quality of the candle. While I take every step to minimize these occurrences, they are a natural part of the candle-making process, especially in clear glass containers where they are more visible.

Processing Time
· Orders are processed within 1–4 business days.
· You'll receive tracking info via email when your order ships.
Shipping Rates
· Free shipping on orders over $100+.
· Shipping fees range from $8-$16 per order.
Delivery Time
· Most packages arrive within 2-5 business days.
· We ship via USPS and UPS Monday-Wednesday, because it is a wax and we don’t want your product stuck in a warehouse/delivery truck over the weekend.
Delays or Delivery Issues
· We are not responsible for delays due to carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses.
· Please double-check your shipping info before placing your order.
· If address is incorrect, send us an email immediately to update with correct address. If item has already shipped, we can’t guarantee correction but we will do our best!
Returns & Exchanges
· We accept returns of unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery, contact us with 5 days of delivery.
· To initiate a return, email us at customer@basicallycoco.com with your order number and reason.
· Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We will provide return label and send you an invoice for shipping payment.
