Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns of unused, unopened candles within 14 days of delivery.

  • To initiate a return, email us at customer@basicallycoco.com with your order number and reason.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

  • We'll send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.
