Appearance
Each candle is individually handcrafted, so no two will look exactly the same — that’s part of their charm and what makes each one unique! You may notice minor cosmetic imperfections, such as wet spots or frosting. These are common with certain types of wax and occur when the wax doesn’t fully adhere to the glass, often due to temperature changes. These blemishes are purely aesthetic and do not affect the performance or quality of the candle. While I take every step to minimize these occurrences, they are a natural part of the candle-making process, especially in clear glass containers where they are more visible.

Candle Care
Trim curl off wick & trim to ¼" before each burn
Full melt pool isn’t needed with this wax, wax left on glass will slide down overtime
Burn for no more than 4 hours
Keep away from drafts, pets, & children
Never leave unattended while burning
Extinguish with care
Burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface
Wax Melt Care
Use only in approved wax warmers
Do not add water or oils
Add 1–2 cubes; don’t overfill

For easy removal, clean up with paper towel while wax is melted. Proceed with caution
Store in a cool, dry place
Replace wax when scent fades

Shipping fees range from $8-$16 per order.
Delivery Time
Most packages arrive within 3–7 business days.
We ship via USPS and UPS Monday-Wednesday, because it is a wax and we don’t want your product stuck in a warehouse/delivery truck over the weekend.
Delays or Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delays due to carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses.
Please double-check your shipping info before placing your order.
If address is incorrect, send us an email immediately to update with correct address. If item has already shipped, we can’t guarantee correction but we will do our best!
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns of unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery, contact us with 5 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, email us at customer@basicallycoco.com with your order number and reason.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We will provide return label and send you an invoice for shipping payment.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
We'll send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.
