Each wax melt bar is individually handcrafted, so no two will look exactly the same — that’s part of their charm and what makes each one unique!

Candle Care

• Trim curl off wick & trim to ¼" before each burn

• Full melt pool isn’t needed with this wax, wax left on glass will slide down overtime

• Burn for no more than 4 hours

• Keep away from drafts, pets, & children

• Never leave unattended while burning

• Extinguish with care

• Burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface

Wax Melt Care

• Use only in approved wax warmers

• Do not add water or oils

• Add 1–2 cubes; don’t overfill

• Never leave unattended, Keep away from kids & pets

• For easy removal, clean up with paper towel while wax is melted. Proceed with caution

• Store in a cool, dry place

• Replace wax when scent fades

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–4 business days.

• You'll receive tracking info via email when your order ships.

Shipping Rates

• Free shipping on orders over $100+.

• Shipping fees range from $8-$16 per order.

Delivery Time

• Most packages arrive within 3–7 business days.

• We ship via USPS and UPS Monday-Wednesday, because it is a wax and we don’t want your product stuck in a warehouse/delivery truck over the weekend.

Delays or Delivery Issues

• We are not responsible for delays due to carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses.

• Please double-check your shipping info before placing your order.

• If address is incorrect, send us an email immediately to update with correct address. If item has already shipped, we can’t guarantee correction but we will do our best!

Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns of unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery, contact us with 5 days of delivery.

• To initiate a return, email us at customer@basicallycoco.com with your order number and reason.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We will provide return label and send you an invoice for shipping payment.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• Contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

• We'll send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.
